Purchase the OBD2 Adapter:
To use the Carista OBD2 app, you’ll need an OBD2 adapter that plugs into your vehicle’s OBD2 port. The adapter is available for purchase through the Carista website or authorized retailers.
The adapter connects wirelessly to the app via Bluetooth, allowing you to interact with your car’s onboard systems.
Pair the OBD2 Adapter with Your Vehicle:
Once you have the adapter, plug it into your vehicle's OBD2 port (usually located under the dashboard near the driver’s seat).
Open the Carista OBD2 app on your smartphone and ensure that Bluetooth is enabled.
Follow the app’s prompts to pair the adapter with your vehicle. The app should automatically detect the OBD2 device once it’s plugged in.
