### Design Space: DIY with Cricut User Guide
#### Getting Started
1. **Download and Install:**
- Download the Cricut Design Space™ app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Install the app on your mobile device.
2. **Open the App:**
- Launch Cricut Design Space™ from your home screen or app drawer.
- Sign in with your Cricut account or create a new account if you don’t have one.
3. **Activate Your Machine:**
- If you’re new to Cricut, visit cricut.com/setup to activate your new machine.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.
#### Connecting Your Cricut Machine
1. **Enable Bluetooth®:**
- Ensure Bluetooth® is enabled on your mobile device.
- Turn on your Cricut Explore™ or Cricut Maker™ machine.
2. **Pairing Your Device:**
- Open the Cricut Design Space™ app.
- Tap on the menu icon and select “Machine Setup & App Overview.”

#### Creating a Project

- **Right-to-Left Text:** Support for right-to-left languages.
- Upgrade your device to Android 9 or above to access these features.
#### Cutting and Drawing
1. **Prepare Your Mat:**
- Place your material on the Cricut cutting mat.
- Load the mat into your Cricut machine.
2. **Send Project to Machine:**
- Tap the “Make It” button in the app.
- Follow the prompts to select your material type and load the appropriate tools (cutting blade, pen, etc.).
3. **Cut or Draw:**
- Tap “Go” to start cutting or drawing your design.
- Monitor the progress on your mobile device.
4. **Unload and Finish:**
- Once the machine completes the task, unload the mat.
- Remove your cut or drawn design from the mat.
