Zoho Assist - Customer app allows you to receive quality remote support directly from a technician, using screen sharing and chat features. With the app, technicians can remotely assist you with your mobile device, and for Samsung and Sony devices, they can even control your device. For other supported devices, you can install the necessary Add-Ons to enable remote control.

How to Start a Remote Session:
Download and Install Zoho Assist - Customer App.
Step 2a: Receive an email invitation from the technician with a link. Click the link and open it in the Zoho Assist app to start the remote session.
OR
Step 2b: If the technician sends you a session key, open the app and enter the session key to begin.
Once you consent, the technician will remotely access your device to provide assistance. You can also chat securely with the technician.
To end the session at any time, simply press the back button on the app or your device.
Unattended Access:
For ongoing support, you can grant unattended access to your technician. Enroll your device with a single click using the deployment link provided by the technician. This allows the technician to access your device anytime without further input from you. You can temporarily disable or permanently remove the unattended access whenever needed.
