About Euclidea
Euclidea is a new way to learn, explore, and have fun with Euclidean geometry! Your task is to solve various challenges by using a straightedge and compass. If you create the most elegant solutions in the fewest steps, you'll earn the highest scores. Scores are based on lines (L) and elementary Euclidean constructions (E).
Start Simple and Get Smarter!
Don’t worry if you're not a math genius. Euclidea starts with simple challenges to guide you through the basics. Once you’ve mastered them, you'll face more complex, brain-bending puzzles like inner/outer tangents, regular polygons, and more. There are 120 unique challenges, organized into packs for easy navigation.
Add Constructions to Your Interface
When you learn key constructions (like angle bisectors or a non-collapsing compass), they automatically get added to the Euclidea interface’s shortcuts, saving time and making your drawings neater!
Easily Drag, Pan & Zoom
All constructions in Euclidea are fully dynamic. You can drag to adjust angles, lines, and radii. Zoom and pan effortlessly. This makes the game more interactive and helps you better understand the relationships between geometric elements, explore different options, and spot mistakes.
Instant Automatic Precision
Don't stress about precision—Euclidea automatically snaps points, lines, and circles to a clean interface!
Additional Special Features
A helpful “Explore” mode that lets you preview the figure you need to construct.
A toolbox that expands as you progress—these tools are key to future challenges.
Some challenges have multiple solutions, allowing you to try different approaches and have double the fun!
