How to use:
1. Download and open the app and grant any requested permissions for notifications and audio.
2. Choose a built-in Tabata or HIIT preset, or tap Create to set work time, rest time, rounds, warm-up and cooldown, then save.
3. Adjust sound, vibration, and voice cues in settings if needed, then press Start to begin the workout.
4. Follow the audio/vibration prompts during the session, use Pause or Skip as needed, and press Stop when finished.
5. Review your completed sessions in the history screen to track progress or reuse saved workout templates.
