Install:
Download the Pomodoro Timer app from your device’s app store (iOS or Android).
Set Up Your Timer:
Open the app and set your preferred work and break intervals. By default, the Pomodoro technique uses 25 minutes of focused work followed by a 5-minute break.
Start the Timer:
Tap the "Start" button to begin your Pomodoro session. The timer will count down your work interval.
Focus on Tasks:
Work on a single task or project during the 25-minute timer. Avoid distractions and stay focused.
Take a Break:
Once the timer reaches zero, take a short 5-minute break. You can relax, stretch, or grab a snack. The app will notify you when it’s time to return to work.
Repeat the Cycle:
After four Pomodoro sessions (work + break), take a longer break (usually 15–30 minutes) to recharge.
Track Progress:
The app may offer features to track the number of Pomodoros completed or show a productivity history. You can use this data to monitor your progress and adjust your work habits.
Customize Settings:
You can adjust the timer durations, sound notifications, or background colors to suit your preferences.
