Download and Install:
Download Simple Secret Santa Generator from the Google Play Store for Android or the App Store for iPhone. Install the app and open it to begin organizing your Secret Santa event.
Create a New Event:
Set Event Details: Tap “Create Event” and enter details such as the event name, gift exchange date, and budget limit (optional).
Add Participants: Enter the names and email addresses of all participants. The app will send each participant an email invitation with details about the event.
Customize Gift Exchange Rules:
Set Rules: You can set custom rules, such as excluding certain pairings (e.g., if two people shouldn’t exchange gifts due to preferences).
Budget Limits: Add a budget limit to keep the exchange fair and within everyone’s price range.
Random Pairing:
Once all participants are added, the app automatically generates random Secret Santa pairings. Each person will receive an email or in-app notification revealing who they are gifting to, while keeping the identity of their own Secret Santa a secret.
Wish Lists (Optional):
Add a Wish List: Participants can create wish lists and add gift ideas to help their Secret Santa choose a present. The wish lists are only visible to the assigned Secret Santa.
