How to use:
Download and Install:
Download the Stopwatch and Timer app from the Google Play Store for Android or the App Store for iPhone. Install the app on your smartphone or tablet and open it to start timing your activities.
Using the Stopwatch:
To use the stopwatch, tap the "Start" button to begin timing. The app will start counting up from zero. You can tap the "Lap" or "Split" button to record intervals without stopping the timer.
To stop the stopwatch, tap the "Stop" button. If you want to reset the stopwatch back to zero, tap the "Reset" button after stopping it.
