Fill the remaining squares with X's and O's, ensuring the following rules:
No more than two consecutive X's or O's in any row or column.
Each row and column must contain an equal number of X's and O's.
Each row and column must be unique.
Use the ruler tool to compare rows and columns for accuracy, and the counters to track the number of X's and O's.
Use the pencilmarks feature for difficult puzzles to temporarily place numbers.
Solve the puzzle when all rules are satisfied, and the grid is filled correctly.
