How to use:

Download the Voi App:
Start by downloading the Voi app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Alternatively, you can visit the Voi website for more information about their service in your area.
Create an Account or Log In:
If you’re a new user, sign up by providing your email address, creating a password, and entering your payment information.
If you already have an account, simply log in to access your ride history, wallet balance, and vehicle preferences.
Find Available Vehicles:
Use the Voi app to find nearby e-scooters or e-bikes in your area. The app provides a map with available vehicles and their location.
You can filter results based on vehicle type or proximity to your current location.
Unlock a Vehicle:
Once you’ve located a vehicle you’d like to rent, tap on it in the app to unlock the scooter or bike.
Voi uses QR code scanning, so you can simply scan the code on the scooter or bike to unlock it and begin your ride.
Adjust the Settings:
Customize your ride based on your preference by adjusting the speed settings or bike settings if applicable. Some cities may have specific speed limits for safety.
Start Your Ride:
After unlocking the vehicle, start your ride by pushing off with your foot (for e-scooters) or pedaling (for e-bikes).
The app will show your ride duration and distance in real-time, helping you track your trip.
Pay for Your Ride:
Payment is made directly through the Voi app, which uses your saved payment method.
The app will show the total cost for your ride, based on the duration of your rental and any applicable fees.
Track Your Ride:

End Your Ride:
Once you’ve reached your destination, end the ride by parking the e-scooter or e-bike in a designated area. Follow local regulations for where you can leave the vehicle.
Voi will lock the vehicle remotely when you end the ride through the app.
Rate Your Ride:
After finishing your ride, you can rate your experience and provide feedback on the scooter or bike you used, the ride quality, and your overall satisfaction with the service.

If available, you can take advantage of promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs provided by Voi. Many users can earn credits through referrals or special offers that can be used on future rides.
