Our Story: How Wellness Coach Was Born
Wellness Coach was born out of personal experience. Founders D Sharma and Julie Sharma, after struggling with burnout from their relentless startup journey, found solace in a serene retreat in Thailand. There, they discovered the life-changing benefits of journaling, meditation, and living in the present moment through the teachings of a monk/coach. This awakening led them to believe that personalized coaching, once a luxury reserved for athletes, should be accessible to everyone.
Together with their friend Bhartesh, they founded Wellness Coach with a mission to bring wellness to the masses. Today, Wellness Coach offers a range of services designed to support both mental and physical health, from multilingual digital health resources to personalized coaching.
